Reading Response

The book I read was Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Sea Of Monsters. The part I read was when Percy & Annabeth were stuck by the water. Percy went and cut one of the heads of not knowing that if the head was gonna grow back or not then it was six hydra heads. Then Clarisse (daughter of Ares) came in a ship that said CSS Birmingham. So she ordered her dead skeletons to attack the hydra with cannon balls and the hydra was dead after it was hit. Then they got back on got ont he boat and left.

I would have been scared seeing how big the hydra was. They were big but they just spit acid and fire. Also most of them eat you up.

One non-fiction book I have read was Mokee Joe: Doomsday. The book was about when a boy gets chased by a monster named Mokee Joe in three different books about Mokee Joe. Doomsday is finally when the boy fights Mokee Joe.

I read this book because it was a book that 3rd-5th grade had to read in my school. I really enjoyed this book because it was funny and had alot of action and also the people in the story were trustful.

I like non-fiction books better than fiction books because the fact that non-fiction has more action. I also like alot of action.

I would want to read about action non-fiction stories because there better.

The book I read was called Drake & Josh. The story is basiclly about how to step-brothers. Who are two tottaly diffrent people. They have a sister named Megan and she is always doing something to them and they finnally catch her to tell there parents that she is an evil little spy. But when then there mom and dad came home they went to Megans room and and nothing was on the wall be hind the picture.

I know why they tried to catch Megan because she is a sneaky little girl. She always gets her way and never gets caught. I this evere happen to me I would be really intense to catch her in the act.

What I think would be good for me in 2010 is my work in class. I am going to do lots of things to improve. I want to improve more in math and science to get better grades. I would also like to stay on the honor roll. I would like to keep up both math and science grades.

I want my grades to increase higher so that I can be at the top of the honor roll. My new years resolution is to get good grades and still have fun. My resolution would have been impossible for me in 4th and 5th grade because I did not believe in myself. But know I am able to believe and understand possible things to me.

I believe I can do it because last year I did not do great because know I have to pay the price sitting in detention when I am supposed to be in the cafeteria with my friends.

Reading Response

The book I read was called " The Outsiders''. This book talks about a greaser named Ponyboy. He ran away because his brother hit him. He ran away with Johnny because his parent don't care about him. They go to Windrixville. That reason is because Johnny killed someone and now he has to leave town with Ponyboy. Ponyboy has to leave because he was with Johnny when he killed Bob. If Ponyboy gets caught him and Soda would get put in a boys home. So him and Johnny went to Windrixville and they cut there hair so they won't look like hoodlums.

If a situation happen to my like this I would probaly do this just to let the police calm down but just to know it was not me but I would stay away for a little while. So I could just come back then explain that did not do anything even though Johnny was dead I would still have to go to a boy's home because I would be very angry.

Reading Response

The book I read was Alcatraz and the Evil Librains. Alcatraz went to fight the evil librains with his grandfather and his body gaurd. So Grandpa Smedry gave Alcatraz some lenses. It had a laser and it could track foot prints. He asked his grandfather if it was the right thing to do to invade the evil librains.

I would have invaded the place just to get it ove with. But in some terms i would have not. I would have not because his powers were not fully controlled and he could not want to break he could only brake what he did'nt want to break.
